United has been ordered by a Texas federal judge not to give unvaccinated employees unpaid leave if they are seeking a medical or religious exemption against mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.
Judge Mark Pittman wrote that the court was not yet deciding on the merits or the arguments of the parties on these points. cnn.“Instead of that, the court is simply trying avoid irreparable damage to the parties”

United issued a statement defending its vaccine mandate
