Three white men charged with the murder of Ahmaud arbery could be brought to trial by the jury soon.
Prosecutors attempting to get murder convictions for the death of a 25-year-old Blackman planned to close their legal argument to jurors Tuesday. This would allow them to give the last word to the jury as the closing arguments spill into a second.
Timothy Walmsley, Superior Judge, will provide legal instructions to the jury that is disproportionately composed before it starts deliberations.
Arbery, who was running in a neighbourhood outside of Brunswick, Georgia was pursued and shot to death.
Father and son Greg and Travis McMichael and neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan are charged the murder.
