Mexico City (apro).- Those who want to participate in the 2021 Mexican Grand Prix held in Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome from November 5th to 7th, in addition to holding tickets, must present a complete antiviral vaccination certificate or the most recent Negative result test.
In a statement published on the event’s official website, the organizers explained that, in addition to the measures determined by the Mexico City government for the mass event, these measures are intended to encourage medical care for all participants.
After the suspension of the 2020 race, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the car will resume in the building this year, but the following measures will be taken in the agreement:
-According to the vaccine applied, provide an official certificate of covid-19 vaccination with a complete schedule.
-Or, if the result of a PCR/antigen test from a private or national laboratory that is related to the competition was negative, it should have been done at least three days before admission. Proof must be provided by minors.
Always use a mask.
The “Quick Access Line System”, i.e. the “F1 Fast Pass”, will be implemented by the organizers for all those who registered before October 1st. They will need to upload their passport-style photos and official vaccination receipts. Also, complete plans or negative tests that were conducted in approved laboratories must be uploaded on the website.
The head of the competition, Federico González, assured that: “We want to recognize the work done by the Mexico City government in response to the pandemic and have achieved positive results and promote vaccination in the capital. This will allow for nearly 100% coverage of adults in Mexico City on the day before the Mexican Grand Prix.
He added: “Under these circumstances, and with the approval of the authorities, we have decided to continue this event, which will develop an agreement to improve the safety of all spaces at the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome circuit.”
