The U.S. grand jury indicted four former Minneapolis police officers after the death of African-American George Floyd.
MADRID (EUROPA PRESS)-On Friday, a U.S. grand jury indicted four former Minneapolis police officers for the murder of African-American George Floyd (George Floyd), who was accused by Derek Chavin ( Derek Chauvin) was arrested by the police and died of suffocation, and was convicted.
In court documents interviewed by CNN, the jury pointed out that the agents violated Floyd’s constitutional rights. Therefore, Thao Thao and J. Alexander Kueng were accused of failing to intervene when Chauvin used “unjust force”.
The three of them and the fourth agent Thomas Lane (Thomas Lane) are now facing charges of failing to provide Freud with the necessary medical assistance. Chauvin was also accused of using excessive force in an incident in September 2017, when a minor under the age of 14 was confirmed by the Ministry of Justice.
These documents indicate that Chauvin should “grasp the puberty firmly by the throat and hit it on the head with a flashlight.” In addition, he was also accused of putting his knees on his neck on the ground.
These allegations are not part of the investigation into the conduct of the Minneapolis police.
