If you don’t trust yourself and your abilities, who will? We make approximately 35,000 decisions every day, 90% of which are made on autopilot. We are not aware of this, but in many cases, when we want to make a change, due to lack of confidence, we do not have the ability to implement it or make decisions. The manifestation of negative information increases our self-sabotage and fear and prevents us from taking the next step.
