President Biden visited Colorado on Tuesday and concluded a two-day trip west in an effort to convince Americans that his massive spending package would help fight climate change.
The President spent the day in Colorado at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
Biden also spoke on his Build Back Better agenda which he believes can help address climate change and modernize infrastructure.
“We must make investments in making our infrastructure more resilient to the impacts of climate change. He said that climate change is occurring today, not next decade, or in ten years. “And we must invest today in the technologies that will slow climate change, not tomorrow.” The good news is that humans can solve a problem that has been caused by humans.
According to the White House, the $3.5 trillion budget plan would increase clean energy, eliminate pollution, and create up a million jobs annually.
