Winners will be eligible to join the International Athlete Support Program
Mexico City.- NFL Mexico and the National Student Football Organization (ONEFA), announced that next Saturday’s 2021 NFL International Mexico United Football Game will take place.
This is the third venue of the NFL International Joint Tournament this year. It follows the games held in the United States, and the last game yesterday in London. The purpose of the tournament is to identify and evaluate potential talent for the NFL.
The event will be held in the Sheep House of the Monterey Institute of Technology and Higher Education Institute.
ONEFA President Dr. Juan Bladé emphasized the importance of holding these international events in our country and the organization’s commitment to sports training for its athletes.

The main goal of the NFL International League is to assess the talents of athletes so that they can gain a place in the NFL’s International Player Path (IPP) program established in 2017, which aims to provide outstanding international athletes with the opportunity to participate in the NFL level , Improve your skills, and finally find a place in a team in the league.
As part of the IPP plan and after the NFL International Joint 2021 date, a select group of athletes will be invited to spend three months in the United States training. As they make progress in training in the United States, their number will decrease and certain players will be assigned into selected NFL club groups for 2022.
The NFL International League is the initial stage of the IPP integration. Mexican Isaac Alarcón currently playing for the Dallas Cowboys, Alfredo Gutiérrez of the San Francisco 49ers, and Chilean Sammis have all participated. Reyes is currently a Washington football player.
