BESSEMER, Ala. — A man was reportedly shot and killed during an argument about a football game between the University of Alabama and Texas A&M University over the weekend.
Local news stations were told by officers that two people were arguing about who was better, and they were then asked to leave Bessemer.
After officers arrived at the scene, they reported that shots were fired.
WBRC reports that the man was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
According to reports, the suspect shooter fled the scene but has not been captured.
Texas A&M beat Alabama 41 to 38 Saturday.
