Derek Henry rushes for 130 yard and 3 touchdowns
Jacksonville, Florida –Derek Henry ran for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns. Kevin Bayard also scored. The Tennessee Titans defeated Jacksonville 37-19 today. The Jaguars dropped 20 consecutive games.
Jacksonville (0-5) is second in NFL history in consecutive losses. It’s six games worse that Tampa Bay’s record for the first two seasons as an expansion team, set in 1977. The most recent accident occurred eight days following Urban Meyer’s and a woman dancing in a bar in Ohio. Shad Khan, the team owner, called the behavior “unforgivable.”
Henry increased his lead in NFL rushing by avoiding back-toback losses to weaker teams and accidentally losing to the New York Jets (3-3).
Tennessee’s offense is better than its defense and Henry scored 29 touchdowns. Ryan Tannehill completed fourteen of 22 passes, passing at 197 yards with touchdowns.
Meyer was more energetic than usual on the sidelines and even ran to the goal line in celebration of the fourth and final touchdown.
