According to Reuters, Real Madrid captain and defender Sergio Ramos announced that he has suffered a hamstring injury, so he may have played for Real Madrid.
Ramos’ contract expired at the end of June, and there are only 4 La Liga games left this season.
The club said in a statement: “After Real Madrid Medical Services tested Sergio Ramos, he was diagnosed with left hamstring tendinitis. His recovery will continue to be evaluated.”
Madrid ranked second in La Liga with 74 points and will face Sevilla, Sevilla, fourth place and the former Ramos club on Sunday.
