CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Dollar Tree, the national chain of stores that promises everything for a buck, will begin introducing items on its shelves that will exceed $1.
According to the company, it is responding to customers’ requests and will increase its $1 barrier. This will enable a wider range of products.
The change in Dollar Tree’s prices, which have remained the same for decades, is due to inflation exceeding 4% in July.
As the pandemic ends, all prices have risen.
