Within 72 hours of arrival, participants will be allowed to enter the facility with a negative result
Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival announced today that it is no longer mandatory for participants to have coronavirus vaccinations in order to gain entry.
Festival participants can enter the festival with a positive Covid-19 test within 72hrs of arriving.
The report stated that “After witnessing the successful application of low data transmission protocols and security protocols during our recent vacation, we are confident we can safely update Coachella policy.”
Coachella is a live event company that guarantees that participants can submit a negative result or complete their vaccination schedule.
Jay Marciano, Chief Operating officer of AEG, and President and CEO at AEG Presents, stated: “We have reached the conclusion that as market leaders, it is time to take a stand on the issue of vaccination.”
“Just weeks ago, we were optimistic about our country’s future and the direction of our business. We were once more pushed in the wrong direction by the combination of vaccination and the Delta variant.
Coachella Music Festival will take place from April 15th-17th, and April 22nd-24th.
