Pennsylvania police fatally shot a United States Postal Service employee. A neighbor admitted to his murder.
According to the Associated PressEric Kortz, 53, turned himself in Thursday following the shooting at Louis Vignone in Collier Township.
According to the AP report, Kortz said that he shot Vignone as he believed Vignone’s family had poisoned him.
Kortz claimed that he struck and stopped in front the USPS vehicle, then opened firing and then went to the police station, according to the news station.
According to the AP Kortz has been charged with murdering a United States employee, and also with a firearms crime.
His next hearing will be Tuesday.
