Gamal Abdelaziz, John Wilson and Gamal Abdelaziz were convicted of all charges in an investigation into university bribery.
They were the first to be tried in Operation Varsity Blues.
prosecutors Reportedly Abdelaziz paid $300,000.00 to send his daughter to the University of Southern California.
Wilson was found guilty by prosecutors after they claimed that he spent more than a million dollars on his children’s admissions to Stanford, Harvard, USC.
Both parents claimed they were making legal donations.
Wilson and Abdelaziz are due to be sentenced February.
Reports say that 33 parents pleaded guilty in the conspiracy, where parents exaggerated the athletic abilities of their children to gain admission to prestigious schools.
Felicity Huffman and Lori Laughlin, actresses, pleaded guilty for their part in the scheme.
